Our favorite things about this house:

• When we first walked into this home, we immediately fell in love with the open floor plan. The natural light pours in, making every room feel bright and welcoming. We love how the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together—it’s perfect for hosting friends and family or just relaxing together at the end of the day.

• The kitchen has truly been the heart of our home. With its granite countertops, beautiful tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, it’s both stylish and practical. We love the large gathering island, and there are plenty of cabinets for storage. Whether we’re cooking a big holiday meal or just making breakfast, it always feels special.

• Our owner’s suite is our personal retreat. The spacious bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower is the perfect place to unwind. The walk-in closet has more than enough space for all our things, which we really appreciate.

• The fireplace in the family room is a favorite spot for cozy evenings, especially in the cooler months.

• We love that everyone has their space, including bathroom. The primary bedroom suite has separate sinks and a large closet. An extra bonus: We have a nice storage room, so there is plenty of space for everything and everyone!

• One of the things we cherish most is our backyard. The large lot gives us so much room to enjoy the outdoors. We’ve spent countless afternoons playing baseball and soccer out back. The covered patio is our go-to spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset. Our corner lot adds extra privacy.

• The location has been wonderful for our family. We’re in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood with easy access to parks, trails, and Lake Georgetown. We love our neighborhood.

• Living here has truly been a joy. We hope the next owners will love this home and community as much as we have.
